Ms. Hamilton manages the day-to-day business operations of SAC, which provides consulting services to government and commercial clients nationwide. Ms. Hamilton determines and sets strategic goals for company focus and growth, and develops innovative and competitive costing approaches to increase revenue. Ms. Hamilton guarantees the overall financial integrity of SAC, and ensures every client receives optimum support by establishing and maintaining a rapport, providing consistent, outstanding recommendations and deliverables. Based upon SAC's exemplary past performance, Ms. Hamilton is able to successfully market the strengths of SAC.
Ms. Hamilton has over 20 years of business management expertise, with emphasis on government contracting, proposal development, contract negotiations, and project management from award to transition to include surge and emergency operations. Ms. Hamilton started her career in providing Personnel, Information and Physical Security to the Federal Government over 15 years ago with a large security services provider managing contracts for over 900 security guard personnel. Additionally, Ms. Hamilton has personally recruited, hired, and managed hundreds of security services professionals.
When starting SAC, Ms. Hamilton hand selected a management team and senior technical consultants with decades of experience working together solving client’s problems, and improving overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Over the years SAC has evolved from a firm which provides security consulting services to a company which provides a robust array of security support services.
Ms. Hamilton’s considerable experience has resulted in a heightened awareness of client expectations and priorities, balanced with the critical need to provide a working environment that promotes individual recognition and growth for maximum productivity and results!
Mr. Hertogs is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the SAC corporate office, as well SAC corporate and contractor staff. Mr. Hertogs comes to SAC with over 18 years of work experience in operations, contract administration, and finance as well as an educational background in Business Administration, Political Science, and Finance. In addition to operating his own consulting firm, Mr. Hertogs was the controller for Roberts and Stephens Investment Management while it held the prestigious position of having the number one performing mutual fund in the United States for two years in a row. While working for the Federal Reserve Bank, Mr. Hertogs worked on the first Cash Automated Tracking System (CATS) that streamlined the daily delivery of almost one billion dollars in currency and coins. As a Contract Administrator for Pacific Bell Mobile Services, Mr. Hertogs managed over 200 contractors from more than a dozen independent firms. Mr. Hertogs is a subject matter expert in Business Development, Financial Accountability, Contract Compliance, Customer Relations, Personnel Management, Security Protocols, Continuity of Operations, and Corporate Restructuring.
Dr. Johnson is a seasoned member of the Department of Defense Acquisition Corps with DAWIA’s highest certifications as Level 3 in: (1) Program Management; (2) Systems Planning, Research, Development, and Engineering; and (3) Test and Evaluation. He has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering, a Masters in Project Management, and an Advanced Masters in Project Management, a Doctorate of Philosophy in Civil Engineering Technology; plus is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College’s Advance Program Management Course. His 39 years experience include: weapon system acquisition; defense infrastructure acquisition; high-end protection of critical National assets; weapon system survivability; and protection of cutting-edge-technology ensuring U.S. defense superiority.
He is recognized nationally and internationally as an expert in military airfield/heliport design and evaluation. As such, he designed 27 airfields (on 5 continents) and served as the Army’s Senior Airfield Engineer for the Army Chief of Engineers overseeing airfield/heliport: research and development (6.1, 6.2, and 6.3); policy; guidance; and technical development of design and evaluation procedures, several of which have been adopted by Army, Navy, Air Force, NATO, ABCA, FAA, and ICAO. Dr. Johnson further served at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as: Program Manager for Real Property Acquisition; The National Missile Defense Civil Engineer; Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) Joint Program Office Principal Engineer for Specialty Engineering; Chief Engineer for GMD Survivability; and Chief Engineer for Acquisition Security and Program Protection.
Dr. Johnson has been presented numerous honors and awards by industry and the Department of Defense which include (but are not limited to): the “Director’s Achievement Award”; the “Group Achievement Award;” the “2007 Professional of the Year in Systems Security Engineering;” the “Program Management Team Award;” and the “Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service.”
Mr. Goldstein has over 38 years experience with the Coast Guard, other Federal agencies, and the Maritime Industry, primarily in the fields of merchant marine licensing and documentation, maritime security and emergency management. He served as a Security Specialist in the Office of Intelligence and Security, part of the immediate staff of the Secretary of Transportation; Executive Officer of the Marine Safety Office in Corpus Christi, Texas; and Deputy Chief, Marine Safety and Security, Seventh Coast Guard District. Since retiring from the Coast Guard he has been the Operations Manager for a commercial maritime training school; a partner in a maritime consulting firm; and has acted as Project Manager and Program Manager on numerous Coast Guard contracts.
Kanten Wooten leads our Human Resources department, executing and providing oversight of all personnel related operations. His core responsibilities include employment law, recruitment and training, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, and personnel policy.
He also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves for 8 years. During his tenure, in 2005, he was activated for Operation Iraqi Freedom 3 (OIF-3) in Fallujah, Iraq – where he was influential in supporting the 5th Civil Affairs Group.
Kanten spends much of his personal time volunteering with various organizations – providing aid for cities in distress both domestically and abroad. He has traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana in support of the hurricane Katrina victims, and participated in various relief efforts in Ghana, West Africa.
Coupled with his 6 plus years of education and experience in HR, working in conjunction with various non-profit and government contracting agencies, Kanten brings to SAC a diversified approach to personnel and business management.
